Over 4,000 Candidates Participate in BEPC, BEP, and CAP Exams in Bal© Province

Bal©: At least 4,251 candidates for the BEPC, BEP, and CAP exams: The High Commissioner of the Bal© province, Martin Bako, launched the written BEPC exams at the 3rd jury housed at the municipal high school of Boromo, in the presence of local administrative authorities and stakeholders from the educational world.

According to Burkina Information Agency, statistics from the Examinations and Competitions Department of the Provincial Directorate of Examinations and Competitions reveal that 4,148 candidates, including 2,365 girls and 1,783 boys, are registered for the 2025 BEPC exams in the province. These candidates are sitting for 17 juries and are spread across 25 secondary schools.

For the BEP, there are 82 candidates, comprising 54 boys and 28 girls, who are studying for ACC, BEP Electech, and construction. In the CAP category, 21 candidates, consisting of 14 boys and 7 girls, are preparing for exams in Electromec and Masons. A total of 103 candidates seeking professional diplomas are composing in the commune of Fara.

To ensure the smooth conduct of the exams, 258 examiners were summoned for correction work, while 68 actors were designated for the secretariats for juries and secondary centers. According to the provincial director of secondary education, Keletigui Soulama, the session commenced well, with all juries operational and the tests proceeding smoothly. Soulama encouraged all actors to maintain organization throughout the examination period.

The official launch of the written examinations at Jury 03 was carried out by Martin Bako at the Boromo Municipal High School. This jury, chaired by T©zien Traor©, encompasses two centers, the Boromo center and the Ouroubonon center, accommodating 237 candidates in total. The High Commissioner extended his encouragement to all candidates and stakeholders, expressing his hopes for a successful session.

“We came to deliver a message of encouragement and to open the envelope for the first written test,” stated Martin Bako, who is optimistic that the session will proceed without incident and yield positive results for the candidates.
