Ourgou-Manega High School Achieves 74.57% Success Rate in 2026 Baccalaureate

Bassitenga: The Ourgou-Manega Departmental High School recorded an overall success rate of 74.57% in the baccalaureate exam, 2026 session, following the proclamation of the final results on Thursday, July 9, at the Dapelogo examination center.

According to Burkina Information Agency, in series A4, 20 out of 21 candidates were admitted, representing a rate of 95.23%. In series D, 24 out of 38 were admitted, representing a rate of 63.15%. This result reflects the commitment of all stakeholders in the education system to improving academic performance.

'Congratulations to all those involved in education: partners, teachers, administration, and the students themselves. I commend your dedication and sense of responsibility throughout the school year in guiding students despite the difficult working conditions. You have gone above and beyond so that we can achieve these results,' said Eug¨ne Ou©draogo, the principal of the high school.

Following the announcement of the results, several successful candidates expressed their satisfaction, praising the educational support they received throughout the school year. The teaching staff and administration also expressed their thanks to the school's partners and parents for their support, while reaffirming their commitment to continue efforts to further improve the school's results in the coming sessions.
