Ochilo Urges Public Servants to Align with Leadership for Economic Progress

MIGORI: Migori Governor Dr. Ochilo Ayacko has urged public servants to align their efforts with the directives of their superiors to achieve significant economic transformation. Speaking to residents during the Mashujaa Day celebrations at Migori Primary School, Dr. Ayacko emphasized the importance of adhering to leadership principles to foster a conducive working environment that facilitates both economic and political development.

According to Kenya News Agency, Dr. Ayacko highlighted the recent impeachment of former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua as a reminder of the necessity for public servants to collaborate effectively with their leaders. He underscored that such collaboration is essential for ensuring that governmental agendas are successfully implemented, thereby advancing the nation’s broader objectives.

Furthermore, Dr. Ayacko expressed gratitude to the local administration for maintaining a cooperative relationship between national and county governments. He noted that this cooperation serves
as a crucial link for enhanced coordination and implementation of policies that benefit the public.

Migori County Commissioner Kisilu Mutua also addressed the gathering, reaffirming the commitment of security agencies to work together to maintain peace and harmony within the county. He assured residents that these efforts would continue to be prioritized to ensure a safe living environment for all.
