Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR) has announced the temporary closure of Boplaas Campsite, located in the |Ai-|Ais Richtersveld Transfrontier Park along the Orange River in the ||Kharas Region, effective 14 September 2023.

In a notice released on Thursday, NWR Manager for Corporate Communications and Online Media, Nelson Muremi Ashipala stated that the temporary closure is due to security and infrastructure renovations.

“For the time being, all confirmed clients will be relocated to Ai-Ais Resort. The Boplaas Campsite will reopen on 01 November 2023,” he stated.
