Kossi: The city of Nouna has a new health center worth more than 100 million CFA francs: The president of the special delegation of Nouna, Souleymane Tiono, handed over, this Friday, January 17, 2025, the keys to the buildings to house the Health and Social Promotion Center (CSPS) of sector 4 of Nouna, to the representative of the Chief Medical Officer of the Nouna health district, Jonas Bourgou.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the construction of the infrastructure to house the CSPS of sector 4 cost more than 100 million CFA francs and was received on Friday, January 17, 2025, by the representative of the Chief Medical Officer of the Nouna health district, Jonas Bourgou. The facilities include 1 dispensary, 2 latrine blocks, 1 maternity ward, 1 MEG depot, and 1 borehole.
The president of the special delegation, Souleymane Tiono, emphasized the urgency of occupying the buildings to meet the needs of the population in this challenging period. The representative of the Chief Medical Officer of the Nouna health district, Jonas Bourgou, assured the availability of the health district to fully assume its role for the benefit of the population. He highlighted that the buildings will soon be occupied.
