Noumbiel Provincial High School Hosts National Colors Ceremony and Student Recognition Week

Ouagadougou: The Noumbiel Provincial High School was the venue for the monthly national colors raising ceremony, held in conjunction with the launch of the 2nd edition of the Student Recognition Week for their Teacher (SRE). The event, presided over by the High Commissioner of Noumbiel, Drissa Hema, was attended by constituted bodies and members of the educational community.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony was themed "My teacher, pillar of my education and my values" and aimed to honor the invaluable contributions of teachers. The event featured speeches that underscored the essential role teachers play in the educational and moral development of students. Miss Some Alice, representing the student body, recited a poem expressing gratitude for the teachers' dedication.

During his address, Drissa Hema lauded the unwavering commitment of the teaching staff to education and urged students to maintain discipline, diligence, and respect towards their educators. The event reinforced the community's appreciation for teachers and their pivotal role in shaping future generations.
