Naaba oubri: On the occasion of the New Year 2026, the President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the commune of Ziniare, city of Naaba Oubri, Mr. Tingani Florent Dabone, addressed a message of good wishes to the people, marked by a call for peace, unity, and the continuation of local development efforts.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the head of the community expressed wishes for health, peace, and prosperity to the people, traditional and religious authorities, development partners, and residents of the municipality. Mr. Dabone praised the resilience, civic-mindedness, and civic engagement of the people, which enabled the municipality to overcome the challenges of the year 2025 while maintaining the course of development.

The President of the Special Delegation also expressed his gratitude to the customary and religious authorities, technical and financial partners, civil society organizations, state technical services, as well as the Defense and Security Forces, for their contribution to the preservation of peace, social cohesion, and progress in Ziniare.

Looking ahead to 2026, Mr. Tingani Florent Dabone reaffirmed the commitment of the Special Delegation to work, in synergy with all stakeholders, to consolidate achievements, strengthen social cohesion, and pursue local development actions, with a view to a more inclusive and forward-looking community.

He concluded his message by wishing everyone a happy and prosperous 2026, while imploring divine blessing on the city of Naaba Oubri and all its people.
