Ouagadougou: According to Burkina Information Agency, the Ministry of Labor has announced revised working hours for employees in the Central region during the upcoming 17th edition of the Ouagadougou International Crafts Fair (SIAO). The new working schedule will be effective from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily throughout the event.
The SIAO is scheduled to take place from October 25 to November 3, 2024, in the province of Kadiogo. The adjustment in working hours applies to both public and private sector workers and is aimed at facilitating participation and visitation during the fair. The Ministry of Labor stressed the importance of maintaining minimum service levels in continuous operation sectors during this period.
