Bogande: Two magistrates and two court clerks were officially installed on Friday, January 9, 2026, at the Bogande High Court, following an extraordinary civil hearing. This solemn ceremony marks a significant strengthening of the judicial system in the Gnagna province, to the benefit of the population.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the hearing, presided over by the competent judicial authorities, resulted in the installation of Nasse All´ Paul as investigating judge and Komi Adama as juvenile judge. In accordance with established procedures, the official appointment documents were read by the clerk, followed by the prosecution’s submissions and customary observations.
In the same vein, Kone Brahima and Sana Moussa were sworn in, respectively as court clerk and clerk’s secretary. They pledged to perform their duties with loyalty, integrity, and discretion, particularly in strict compliance with professional secrecy.
Addressing the newly appointed officials, the Deputy Prosecutor of Burkina Faso, Ousmane Bambara, emphasized the high sense of duty and commitment expected in serving the public. He reiterated the importance of their mission in a context marked by strong public expectations regarding justice.
For his part, the president of the Bogande High Court, Ti¨rob¨man¨ Ars¨ne Some, invited the new magistrates and court clerks to fully embrace their working environment. ‘Make Bogande your Eldorado. You are here to serve the people,’ he said, while expressing his gratitude to the provincial and municipal authorities for their constant support.
It is worth noting that newly installed Judge Komi Adama led the swearing-in ceremony, recalling the moral and symbolic significance of this commitment. “Taking an oath is both an honor and a heavy responsibility. You no longer have the right to make a mistake. Do not betray your oath and remain faithful to your commitments,” stressed the deputy prosecutor, insisting on the dignity of the position and the scrupulous respect for professional secrecy.
This formal hearing was attended by administrative and security authorities. It strengthens the operational capacity of the Bogande High Court and reflects the judicial authorities’ commitment to bringing justice closer to the people.
