Nobin©r©: The Regional Director of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education (DREPPNF) of Nazinon, Adama Congo, inaugurated a capacity-building workshop aimed at enhancing the skills of 42 human resources managers from educational institutions across the region. This workshop, conducted in Nob©r©, focused on the preparation of administrative and career documents, marking an important step towards improving the management of staff careers.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the training session was held from July 31 to August 1, 2026, in Nob©r©. It aimed to advance the participants' abilities in managing career paths of agents and to standardize administrative practices across the provinces of Baz¨ga, Nahouri, and Zoundw©ogo. The theme of the workshop was "Development of Administrative and Career Acts of Agents."

Adama Congo emphasized the crucial role of mastering administrative acts for effective human resource management. He highlighted common issues such as errors and delays in processing agents' files and encouraged attendees to engage earnestly with the training to produce compliant and timely documents.

Throughout the two-day workshop, participants learned techniques for drafting and processing key administrative acts that define an agent's career. These include the start and end of service, assignments, transfers, promotions, tenures, and retirements. The workshop aimed to harmonize administrative management practices, reduce file errors and rejections, and ensure the diligent handling of administrative acts in line with current regulations.

The training was conducted by experts Philippe Couldiaty and Fid¨le Nacoulouma from the Ministry of Education in Ouagadougou. Their involvement brought valuable expertise to the human resources managers participating in the session.
