Nayala: The High Commissioner of the Nayala province, Honore Frederic Pare, encouraged SONABEL agents in Toma on Monday to continue their efforts to improve electricity services. He also urged the local population to support water management reforms during a flag-raising ceremony at the provincial directorate of SONABEL in Nayala, Toma.
According to Burkina Information Agency, High Commissioner Pare highlighted the symbolic importance of the ceremony, which he described as a moment to unite around values of patriotism, national unity, and sovereignty. He commended the SONABEL agents for their dedication amidst rising energy demands and motivated them to persist in their initiatives to sustainably enhance electricity supply in the region.
Pare also appealed to residents to back the ongoing reforms in water point management and acknowledged the dedication of workers on the occasion of the May 1st holiday. Additionally, he extended his congratulations to the province's representatives for their achievements at the 22nd edition of the National Culture Week in Bobo-Dioulasso.
Togo Da, the provincial director of SONABEL, expressed appreciation for the support from administrative authorities and reaffirmed SONABEL's commitment to delivering quality public services to benefit the community.
