Nayala/Baccalaureate 2026: 588 Candidates Begin Written Exams for First University Diploma in Province

Nayala: The written exams for the June 2026 baccalaureate session commenced in Nayala province with 588 candidates present out of 601 registered. The exams were officially initiated at the Nayala provincial high school by the province's High Commissioner, Honor© Fr©d©ric Par©, along with provincial directors and heads of services.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the statistics provided by the provincial director of post-primary, secondary, technical, and vocational education, Idrissa Roko, indicate that the candidates include 330 girls and 258 boys. The exams are being conducted at a single center in Toma, where the candidates are divided into three juries. This year, the province is presenting only the A4 and D series.

The province's High Commissioner, Honor© Fr©d©ric, urged the candidates to remain calm and demonstrate the knowledge they have gained throughout their studies. He encouraged them to approach the exams with confidence and determination. Mr. Par© also acknowledged the efforts made by the government and stakeholders in organizing the exam under suitable conditions, emphasizing the importance of maintaining discipline and security throughout the session.
