The Speaker stated that the work of parliamentary administration is crucial for the political dimension of parliamentary activity to be exercised effectively and that the main objective is to build an excellent parliamentary administration and strengthen a solid institutional culture.

The event brings together managers and technicians of the parliament to evaluate the functioning of administrative services and outline strategies for modernization and improvement of support for legislative activity. Among the objectives of the meeting are strengthening the institutional capacity of parliamentary administration, improving strategic planning, and reinforcing interpersonal relationships among employees in order to increase the feeling of belonging and professional engagement.
