WINDHOEK — The Ministry of Health and Social Services in Namibia has publicly refuted claims circulating on social media that it is recruiting nurses for Katutura Hospital. This clarification comes in response to widespread misinformation regarding job vacancies.
According to Namibia Press Agency, spokesperson for the health ministry, the post in question inaccurately advertised positions for unemployed nurses, instructing applicants to submit their applications at a specific location within the hospital. Kamaya emphasized that all legitimate vacancies within the ministry are formally advertised through the Office of the Prime Minister staff circulars, ministry circulars, or official notice boards at health facilities, complete with an official date stamp. He cautioned the public against entertaining any recruitment notices that do not adhere to these protocols, labeling them as inauthentic.
