Namentenga: The new Provincial Director of Communication for Culture, Arts and Tourism (DPCCAT) of Namentenga, Francis Sakand©, has expressed his reliance on the support of his colleagues to achieve success in his new role. During his installation ceremony, Sakand© emphasized the importance of collaboration in enhancing the communication, culture, arts, and tourism sectors.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Sakand© acknowledged the groundwork laid by his predecessor for the preservation of culture and tourism. The inauguration ceremony was led by the High Commissioner of Namentenga Province, Adama Conseiga, who assured the new director of the province's full support in reaching his objectives.

Francis Sakand© takes over from Etienne Sandouidi, who served as DPCCAT for nearly four years. The High Commissioner highlighted the collective willingness of provincial bodies to aid Sakand© in his mission. During the ceremony, Conseiga officially installed Sakand© in his new role.

Regional Director of Communications, Safiata Sorgho/Oubda, also expressed her gratitude to the outgoing director, Etienne Sandouidi, acknowledging his contributions despite challenging security conditions. She encouraged Sakand© as he embarks on his duties.
