NAMENTENGA — In the recent 2024 Primary School Certificate (CEP) examinations, Namentenga province achieved an impressive success rate of 88.77%, with 1,550 out of 1,746 candidates passing.
According to Burkina Information Agency, The examinations were held across all seven Basic Education Circumscriptions (CEB) of Namentenga, where two CEBs, Zéguédéguin and Boala, recorded a 100% pass rate. CEB Boulsa ‘2’ and CEB Boulsa ‘1’ also reported high success rates of 93.17% and 91.28%, respectively. Bernard Kaboré, the provincial director of preschool, primary, and non-formal education, noted that while this year’s results are slightly lower than last year’s 90.79%, they still represent a strong performance across the board.
