According to Burkina Information Agency, the "Bouls Lebraaga" festival, held in the courtyard of the Boulsa canton chief, aims to promote culture and social cohesion, to revive the dynamics of Lebraaga, to strengthen the resilience of host communities and internally displaced persons (IDPs) through artistic and cultural events, and to promote living together while inviting young people to embrace local culture for shared prosperity. The festival will feature an exhibition of local dishes, a community meal with internally displaced persons, and artistic performances. On this occasion, Sheikh Mohamed Sana blessed the promoter and all the organizers for their initiative in organizing the festival.

For his part, the High Commissioner of the province of Namentenga, Adama Conseiga, expressed his hope that the dynamic of the gradual return of populations to their respective localities would continue further. 'Many thanks to the promoter for his initiative. Have a good stay to all the festival-goers. Good luck to the Bouls Lebraaga festival. Happy holidays to all,' said the representative of the Baloum Naaba of Boulsa.

As a reminder, Lebraaga is the largest customary and popular festival in the canton. It is an occasion during which the customary and traditional leaders of the Boulsa canton come to pledge allegiance to the chief and offer him their best wishes for the new year. A time of great popular celebration.
