Nahouri Launches Social Cohesion Initiatives at Georges Namoano Military Academy

According to Burkina Information Agency:ountry race, marking the beginning of the official activities for the Academy’s graduating class. While the specific date for the graduation ceremony is yet to be announced, the ongoing activities aim to honor the officer cadets. Following the race, Academy officials participated in a sanitation day at the Health and Social Promotion Center (CSPS) in P´, which included donations of latrines.



In addition to sanitation efforts, the Academy will rehabilitate and equip a room with 10 computers at the municipal library of P´. William Bagu©ra, the Academy’s commander, emphasized that these activities are designed to foster connections between the local population and the defense and security forces. He also mentioned that these efforts aim to raise public support for the forces engaged in national defense efforts.



The High Commissioner, Si© Aristide Mohamed Kam, praised the community’s strong engagement with the defense and security forces, highlighting the positive collaboration between them. He encouraged continued community support for the Academy’s future activities.



Ilassa Dianda, president of the special delegation of the commune of P´, expressed satisfaction with the infrastructure developments in the commune. He noted that these actions reflect the commitment of the Academy and the defense forces to the local population and their intent to contribute to the region’s development.
