PO — The customary chief of Pô, His Majesty Pô-Pê, on Friday, August 30, 2024, expressed strong support for the leadership of Captain Ibrahim Traoré, commending the government's decisive actions benefiting all social sectors in Burkina Faso.

According to Burkina Information Agency, during a tour by the Minister of National Education, Jacques Sosthene Dingara, aimed at bolstering the security forces and volunteer defense groups in Nahouri province, he conveyed a heartfelt message to President Ibrahim Traoré. The chief highlighted his spiritual and moral support for the president, emphasizing unity and the government's role in fostering social cohesion and inclusivity. "We are with you in heart, even if we do not have the opportunity to demonstrate or shout from the rooftops," he stated during the visit.

His Majesty further expressed his approval of President Traoré's efforts to lift the nation from its challenges and his prayer for the president's health and divine guidance in his leadership duties.
