Municipality of Kelbo Launches Patriotic Immersion Program for Middle School Students

Soum: The municipality of Kelbo has officially launched a patriotic immersion program for middle school students, following the lead of the municipalities of Djibo and Arbinda. This six-week initiative is designed to instill civic and patriotic values, as well as foster community spirit and solidarity among the students.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the launch ceremony was presided over by Mr. Fid¨le BAZEMO, President of the Special Delegation of the Kelbo Commune, and attended by local authorities, stakeholders in the education system, and community leaders. The program will involve students in a series of educational, civic, and physical activities aimed at enhancing discipline, responsibility, and civic engagement, in addition to their regular academic curriculum.

Local authorities have highlighted the significance of this presidential initiative, underlining its role in shaping patriotic citizens who are aware of their rights and responsibilities and are prepared to actively contribute to the nation's development.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Bazemo encouraged the students to approach the program with seriousness and perseverance, emphasizing the importance of making the most of this opportunity for patriotic immersion.
