Houet: Municipal employees of District 7 urged to strengthen their commitment to serving the population: Municipal agents of District 7 of Bobo-Dioulasso were invited on Monday, August 3, 2026, to demonstrate greater discipline, selflessness, and commitment in carrying out their duties, during the traditional flag-raising ceremony held at the town hall.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony brought together municipal employees, delegates, users of the town hall, as well as members of the National Coordination of Citizen Watch Associations (CNAVAC) of the district. On this occasion, the first vice-president of the Special Delegation of District 7, Youssouf Salou, delivered the message from the president of the Special Delegation. He commended the regular holding of this civic activity.
Addressing current national events, the local official mentioned the launch of electronic ticketing in Burkina Faso and urged officers and citizens alike to respect the highway code. "I encourage everyone to adopt civic and responsible behavior, not to avoid checks or fines, but above all to protect their own safety and that of other road users," he stated.
Comrade Youssouf Salou finally urged all city hall employees to strengthen their discipline, sense of duty, and commitment in order to ensure a quality public service for the benefit of the people of District 7.
