Mouhoun: As part of the monitoring of the structuring projects of the municipality of Safan©, the President of the special delegation (PDS) of the municipality, Ali Traor©, accompanied by the person responsible for public procurement, carried out a control tour on several sites under construction. The purpose of the visit was to ensure the quality of the works and the effectiveness of the investments made to improve the living conditions of the population.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the visit commenced in Lanfiera at the site of a one-hectare market garden. This project, financed by the PDIC REED+ Project, is equipped with a borehole and a polytank, representing strategic infrastructure for the development of local agriculture. The President of the special delegation, Ali Traor©, emphasized the importance of adhering to contractual deadlines by the executing company to provide the beneficiaries with this production tool promptly.

The delegation proceeded to the nursery in the Tiekuy communal forest, which stands as a testament to the municipality's commitment to environmental preservation and the sustainable management of natural resources. The tour concluded at the Kokoun General Education College (CEG), a project made possible by the Local Mining Development Fund. This facility is supported by a borehole and a polytank funded by the NGO CARE through the TALISOC project, highlighting the synergy between public resources and technical partners to address the educational needs of communities.

At each site, Ali Traor© emphasized the importance of the beneficiaries' commitment to preserving and maintaining the infrastructures to ensure their sustainability. He noted that these projects not only address the immediate needs of the population but also act as catalysts for sustainable development, benefiting both present and future generations.
