Mouhoun: As part of the commemoration of the 65th anniversary of the National Armed Forces (FAN), the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) of the D©dougou garrison organized a vast sanitation operation in several public places in the city, including the Regional Hospital Center (CHR), the multipurpose hall, and the military cemetery.

According to Burkina Information Agency, equipped with brooms, rakes, and other cleaning tools, elements of the Defense and Security Forces, supported by volunteers from the population, undertook the task of cleaning and sanitizing these symbolic spaces of community life and collective memory. He emphasized that community service and local development are integral components of the army's republican vocation.

Echoing this approach, the FDS of the D©dougou garrison reiterated their commitment to continue such citizen initiatives, believing that cleanliness, solidarity, and civic-mindedness contribute to building a strong and united nation. This sanitation operation seeks to consolidate the bond of trust with the populations, fostering unity, cohesion, and shared responsibility, aligning with the vision of a republican army committed to peace, security, and development in Burkina Faso.
