Morocco Sends 40 Tons of Medical Aid to Gaza

OUAGADOUGOU, Burkina – The Kingdom of Morocco, led by King Mohammed VI, has initiated a shipment of 40 tons of medical aid to the Gaza population, aiming to support healthcare needs in the region. The aid includes a variety of medical supplies essential for treating burns and managing surgical and trauma emergencies.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the consignment, personally financed by King Mohammed VI, encompasses devices and essential medicines designed for both adults and children. This gesture is part of Morocco’s continued humanitarian efforts and highlights the King’s commitment to supporting the Palestinian cause through tangible actions.

The medical supplies will be transported via the same land route previously used for delivering food aid, also ordered by the King. This operation underscores Morocco’s ongoing support and dedication to aiding the Palestinian populations amid ongoing regional challenges.
