MORE THAN 100 PEOPLE WERE KILLED IN AN EXPLOSION AT AN ILLEGAL OIL REFINERY IN NIGERIA

More than 100 people were killed in an explosion that occurred at night in an illegal oil refinery in Nigeria’s Rivers State, the state commissioner for petroleum resources Goodluck Obia and a non-governmental organization called “Center for Environmental and Youth Defense” told “Reuters” agency.

“The fire broke out at an illegal catering site and affected more than 100 people who were burned beyond recognition,” Obia said.
