The initiative aims to improve access to essential health services for women and girls in the area. According to Burkina Information Agency, Dr. Kargougou made a public appeal during the official launch of the mobile clinic's activities, urging women to utilize the services provided whenever the clinic is operational in their vicinity. He commended the health personnel tasked with operating the clinics, ensuring that services such as mammograms, cervical cancer screenings, and treatments are offered free of charge to women in the region. Bintou Zoungrana, the representative of the Center-South women's coordination, praised the initiative as a significant opportunity for the women in the region, who previously faced financial and logistical barriers in accessing such healthcare services. She emphasized the clinic's potential to transform women's health outcomes by providing essential care locally.
