This morning at around 10:00 a groundsman at Mitchell’s Plain Local Criminal Record Centre sadly lost his life while on his way to Muizenberg SAPS during an official journey. The 46-year-old male member was involved in a head on collision on Baden Powell Drive with another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle was seriously injured and admitted to hospital. The circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
