Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Dendias will meet with the Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of Germany, Annalena Baerbock in Athens on Thursday, June 9 2022, in the context of the latter’s first visit to Greece since taking office.

The two Foreign Ministers will hold a one-on-one meeting at 12:05 and will then make joint statements to the press at approximately 13:00.

Following the statements to the press, a working lunch will be held between the two delegations.

Discussions between the two Foreign Ministers will cover the whole range of bilateral relations, including pending issues. In addition, talks are expected to focus on developments in the Eastern Mediterranean, the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the Western Balkans.
