Greece and the United Arab Emirates share strong bonds of friendship. Our excellent bilateral relations are characterized by a high momentum, highlighted by the series of Agreements we have signed over the past couple of years.

We both contribute to peace, security and development in our wider neighborhood. Our converging views and firm commitment to international law are already bearing fruit. And our vibrant cooperation is a testament to our flourishing bilateral engagement.

I believe that there is much more that we can do together, to the benefit of our countries and peoples.

I am confident that the future holds many bright and important accomplishments for the United Arab Emirates. And that our countries’ bilateral strategic partnership will continue to constitute a bright example of international success.
