Minister Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo Honored with Officer of the Order of the Stallion

Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso – Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo, the spokesperson for the Burkinabè government, was appointed an officer of the Order of the Stallion, as reported by his communications service.

According to Burkina Information Agency, During the commemoration of Burkina Faso’s 63rd anniversary of independence, Ouédraogo, the Minister of Communication, Culture, Arts and Tourism, received this honor. He expressed that the medal would fuel further motivation and energy to contribute to Burkina Faso’s emergence from its current security situation.

Dedicating the medal to his team and all those working tirelessly for information and communication challenges in reclaiming national territory, Ouédraogo highlighted the collective effort in these endeavors.

In total, 357 individuals were decorated at the ceremony, which included 152 recipients in the Burkinabè Order of Merit and 205 in the Order of the Stallion.
