The European Commission will disburse ‘in the coming days’ 127 million euros ($135 million) in favor of Tunisia, as part of the agreement relating to the management of migratory flows. The envelope is divided into two parts: 60 million euros for direct budgetary aid and nearly 67 million euros to finance the fight against smuggling networks, the strengthening of border management and the acceleration of return of asylum seekers whose applications have been rejected.
