Gaza City – Palestinian security and medical sources reported that Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip on Saturday resulted in the deaths of at least 21 Palestinians. An Israeli warplane targeted a residential house in the al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City with a missile, intensifying the ongoing conflict in the region.

Cairo – A devastating two-train collision in Sharqiya Province, north of Cairo, led to the deaths of at least three people and injuries to 49 others on Saturday, Egypt’s Ministry of Health confirmed. The ministry’s statement detailed that 44 of the injured were in stable condition and expected to be released from hospitals soon, while five remained under close observation due to their critical conditions.



Algiers – Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune secured a second term with 84.3 percent of the vote in the recent election, as confirmed by the country’s Constitutional Court. The court, after reviewing records and addressing appeals from polling stations both within and outside Algeria, announced the final results during a live broadcast on state television.
