Riyadh: The wars in Gaza and Lebanon are on the agenda of the Arab-Muslim world summit, which will be held tomorrow in Saudi Arabia. The Arab League, a pan-Arab organization of 22 countries, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), a pan-Islamic organization of more than 50 Muslim states, will discuss the war between Israel and Hamas, Lebanon, and other neighboring Arab states.
According to Burkina Information Agency, regional developments will also be discussed at the summit, Saudi Arabia’s official news agency SPA said on Sunday. Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal Bin Farhan had called for a summit in late October, during a meeting in Riyadh of a new “international alliance” aimed at encouraging the creation of a Palestinian state.
