Media Regulatory Authority Sponsors Internships for Journalism Students

Huambo: Senior students in the Social Communication and Journalism program at the Catholic Polytechnic Institute of Benguela (ISPCB) completed their internship sponsored by the Angolan Media Regulatory Authority (ERCA) in central Huambo province.

According to Angola Press News Agency, the graduates received a month of training in radio, television, and print media techniques at the Journalists Training Center (CEFOJOR) in Huambo province, as part of ERCA's social initiatives. Speaking at the closing ceremony, Jorge Ntiamba, a member of the advisory board of the ERCA, expressed confidence that quality professionals will be introduced to the market soon, based on the performance, inspiration, and progress demonstrated during the training.

The director acknowledged the dedication of the instructors and the resources available at CEFOJOR-Huambo, which facilitated the development of final year programs for the five Journalism and Social Communication graduates from the Catholic Polytechnic Institute.
