The Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, Science and Innovation will tomorrow meet with the National Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) for feedback on problems related to the new direct-payment systems, delays in resolving student appeals and accreditation of student accommodation. The committee will also receive a briefing from service providers contracted by NSFAS and the challenges relating to the disbursement of student allowances.
