MEC Rodgers Monama to visit family a deceased young man – GNT Bus Accident

MEC Rodgers Monama is expected to visit the family of a 16-year-old male who lost his life following an unfortunate accident on Thursday evening (13 October 2022). The young man allegedly got off his donkey cart to repair a tyre puncture, when he sadly lost his life in the process resulting from a tragic accident involving a Great North Transport (GNT) bus.

MEC Monama has since been deeply touched by the accident and is expected to be accompanied by Greater Giyani Municipality Mayor Cllr. Thandi Zitha to pay their respects to the family of the deceased young man.

Monama’s grief is deepened by the realization that the deceased was at a critical age whereby he was moving from a childhood stage into a position of responsibility.
