Post-budget vote media briefing

The MEC for the Department of Economic, Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (DESTEA), Makalo Mohale, invites the media to join him after the 2022/23 DESTEA Budget Vote to provide further details on the Budget Vote in order to encourage enhanced public understanding. Both the media and the public will have an opportunity to pose Budget Vote-related questions to the MEC.

MEC Makalo Mohale will address the media and open the floor to Budget Vote-related questions providing real-time answers. The post-Budget Vote media briefing is in line with the MEC’s commitment to ensuring engagement with the media and encouraging public participation.
