Manguo comprehensive school: Manguo Comprehensive School has officially opened Phase One of its newly renovated classrooms, a project funded through the National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF). This initiative aims to enhance the learning infrastructure and elevate the quality of education within the area.
According to Kenya News Agency, the commissioning ceremony was led by the area Member of Parliament, John Kiragu Chege. He reiterated his dedication to bolstering education infrastructure throughout Limuru constituency. The renovation efforts took place during the December holiday to avoid disrupting the school schedule, allowing students to promptly commence the new academic term.
Chege highlighted that the newly upgraded classrooms are designed to improve safety, comfort, and functionality, a development that has been warmly received by educators, parents, and students alike. School officials have noted that the enhanced facilities are expected to boost students’ morale and positively
impact their academic performance.
Investment in school infrastructure remains a key focus under the NG-CDF programme, as emphasized by Chege, who also mentioned that similar projects are planned for other schools in the constituency. “Investing in school infrastructure is investing in the future of Limuru. We will continue directing resources to areas that have the greatest impact on our children,” he stated.
The completion of Phase One at Manguo Comprehensive School marks the beginning of further development phases, as Limuru Constituency continues to prioritize better educational facilities for all students.
