Titao: The President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the Ouindigui municipality, Souleymane Gandema, presided over the first ordinary session of the municipal consultation framework in Titao. This session, which gathered statutory members, concentrated on the progress of the municipal investment plan.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the session addressed three main topics: the mid-term review of the Annual Municipal Investment Plan (PAIC), the assessment of revenue collection, and patriotism. Souleymane Gandema expressed appreciation for the strong participation despite challenging security conditions. The discussions highlighted a satisfactory appreciation of the PAIC 2025 implementation report, showcasing the commitment of local actors such as customary chiefs, CVD, OSC, VDP, and administrative authorities.
Mr. Gandema emphasized the collective determination to continue development actions and enhance social cohesion, which remains a hopeful prospect for the community's future. The PAIC of Ouindigui, with a total cost of 122,886,712 FCFA, prioritized initiatives such as training and equipping 13 young people in masonry, providing solar installation kits for 30 young individuals, training 37 young people in welding, and supplying food for the population and the VDP.
