Léraba: A public hearing of the Mediator of Faso was held in Sindou

During a mobile hearing held on July 12, 2023 in Sindou, the Mediator of Faso explained his missions to the populations and occasionally collected their complaints against the public administration.

A Delegation of the Mediator of Faso led by Quentin A-Rouamba representing Mrs. the Mediator of Faso, Fatimata Sanou/Touré, spoke on July 12, 2023 with the population of Léraba on the presentation of the institution and then collected any complaints.

It is with the aim of bringing his services closer to the populations that the Mediator of Faso in his mission of gracious intercessor charged with receiving and processing the complaints of the citizens against the dysfunctions and abuses of the public administration, organized on Wednesday July 12 2023, a mobile audience for the benefit of the populations of the province of Léraba.

The delegation was led by Quentin A. Rouamba representing the Mediator of Faso, Fatimata Sanou/Touré.

Also present at this meeting were the High Commissioner of the province of Léraba, Mahamadi Congo, all the prefects, presidents of the special delegation of the province, the various components from the public administration, the customary authorities, military religious and paramilitaries as well as the various leaders of civil society structures or organizations (CSOs) and trade unions.

It was an opportunity for these strata to receive clear explanations on what the Mediator of Faso is, the content of his program but also and above all his missions and roles.

The meeting took place thanks to the technical and financial support of the Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAEA).

Thus the populations were entitled to two communications relating to the Mediator of Faso and the PAEA.

Also, several people were able to submit their concerns (complaints) to a team in charge of their processing.

So satisfied with the content of these communications, the participants wished, if possible, to benefit from mobile audiences each quarter.
