Launch of Inter-Service Tournament Aims to Strengthen Worker Ties in Noumbiel

Ouagadougou: The High Commissioner of the Noumbiel province, Drissa HEMA, launched on Saturday the start of the inter-service tournament to promote a strengthening bond between public and private sector workers.



According to Burkina Information Agency, the High Commissioner emphasized the importance of the tournament in fostering friendship and fraternity among workers from both sectors. Drissa Hema, the patron of the ceremony, highlighted that such events provide an opportunity for unity and cohesion.



He further noted that the tournament serves as a platform to establish enduring relationships and plays a significant role in promoting and enhancing social cohesion within the province.



The tournament’s opening match featured a competition between national police officers and health officers. This annual event marks its 11th consecutive edition, underscoring its significance and tradition in the province.
