Kourweogo Province Launches Final Exams for Primary Cycle 2025

Kourweogo: The High Commissioner of the province of Kourw©ogo, Mahamadi Congo, led a delegation to launch the final exams and competitions for the primary cycle, 2025 session, at the Bouss© “A” central school. He urged all candidates to adhere strictly to the instructions during the test administration.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Primary School Certificate (CEP) and the sixth-grade entrance exam commenced this Tuesday, June 3, 2025, with 4,378 candidates participating. Among these candidates, there are 2,488 girls and 1,890 boys. The exams are being conducted across 28 examination centers located in the five municipalities of the province.

The High Commissioner, along with education officials and social partners, motivated the young candidates to remain calm and punctual. Mr. Congo emphasized the importance of following instructions to ensure a smooth process throughout the exams.

He expressed hopes for the success of the candidates, acknowledging the collective efforts of stakeholders and beneficiaries. Hyacinthe Ki, the provincial director responsible for primary education, expressed satisfaction with how activities were progressing on the ground.
