Kourweogo Baccalaureate First Round Achieves 30.90% Success Rate


BOUSSÉ — The first round of the 2024 baccalaureate exams in Kourweogo Province concluded with a 30.90% success rate, the provincial directorate of secondary education announced.



According to Burkina Information Agency, 1,110 candidates participated in this session, aiming to secure their first university diploma. Out of these, 343 candidates, comprising 179 boys and 164 girls, successfully passed. The exam centers in Boussé, specifically juries 456, 457, and 458, saw 114 and 124 candidates pass in series A4 and D, respectively.



In Laye, juries 459 and 460 recorded 76 passes in series A4 and 29 in series D. Additionally, 319 candidates have qualified for the second round, with 147 girls and 172 boys among them.
