Ouagadougou: The special delegation of the Gounghin commune held its second extraordinary session of the year, where members reviewed and adopted specifications for constructing a solar-powered pastoral borehole and a mixed vaccination park in Gand©ongo-Bogdin as part of the REDD+ project. The session was officially opened by Fran§ois Janvier Lessogo, President of the special delegation of the commune of Gounghin, with attendees including heads of technical services, REDD+ project members, and special delegation members.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the session focused on reviewing and adopting the specifications developed for the construction of the infrastructure. Moussa Sanga, an assistant consultant for the project and a land law expert, presented the specifications. This presentation served as a framework to verify their conformity with existing texts and facilitated discussions on the status of the specifications, the body responsible for managing the infrastructures, and conflict resolution methods.
Paling-Wend© Pierre Epiphane Kuir©, the first Vice-President of the special delegation, expressed satisfaction with the discussions and the contributions made. He urged the population to commit to and get involved in the management of the works to ensure their longevity and role in the progressive popular revolution.
