Koulplogo: The new Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB) of Ouargaye, Armand Noukoubri, has pledged to work collaboratively and transparently with all educational stakeholders. During his installation ceremony, Noukoubri emphasized a commitment to communication and teamwork with educators and partners.
According to Burkina Information Agency, Noukoubri commended the outstanding efforts of his predecessor, M'Balawend Fran§ois Tarama, who recently became the Provincial Director of Preschool, Primary, and Non-Formal Education in Koulplogo. Noukoubri acknowledged the dedication of teachers, administrative staff, and education partners, as well as the customary and religious authorities. He also expressed gratitude towards the Defence and Security Forces and the Volunteers for the Defence of the Homeland for their roles in maintaining service continuity.
The President of the Special Delegation of Ouargaye, Mahamadou Soulama, highlighted the impressive performance metrics achieved under the former CCEB leadership, noting success rates of 97.62% in 2023-2024 and 98.4% in 2024-2025. Despite security challenges, these results were maintained, and Soulama encouraged Tarama in his new role while expressing confidence in Noukoubri's abilities to sustain the positive trajectory.
The event concluded with a call for peace, social unity, and the enhancement of the education system within Koulplogo province.
