Koulp©logo: The High Commissioner of the province of Koulp©logo, Sadou Ou©draogo, fulfilled his tax obligations this Monday, on the occasion of the Day of Exemplary Taxation, inviting the population to follow suit.

According to Burkina Information Agency, through this civic act, the province’s top official sought to set an example of tax compliance. He seized the opportunity to call upon civil servants, department heads, and all citizens to fulfill their tax obligations.

The High Commissioner emphasized that the payment of taxes and duties is an essential lever for the socio-economic development of the country. “It is thanks to tax contributions that the State can ensure the payment of salaries and finance development projects for the benefit of the population,” he said.

He urged the inhabitants of the province of Koulp©logo to show responsibility and patriotism by respecting their tax obligations, which is a guarantee of harmonious and sustainable development. This initiative is part of the dynamic of promoting tax compliance and mobilizing internal resources to support grassroots development actions.
