K©n©dougou Exams Begin Smoothly in Samorogouan

K©n©dougou: The written tests for the Primary School Certificate (CEP) and the Junior High School Certificate (BEPC), 2026 session, began Tuesday in the commune of Samorogouan in an atmosphere of serenity. It was the President of the Special Delegation, Kongnan Zoumana Traor©, who officially launched the CEP exams at the Samorogouan "B" center. Before the first envelope was opened at 7:20 a.m., he urged the candidates to demonstrate concentration and discipline throughout the exam.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Head of the Basic Education District (CEB) of Samorogouan, Alaye Ou©draogo, confirmed that the exams started normally in the four examination centers of the commune. Of the 763 candidates registered for the CEP (Primary School Leaving Certificate), 757 were present, including 364 girls and 393 boys.

At the BEPC level, the opening of the first envelope was conducted by the first vice-president of the special delegation to jury 1 of the departmental high school of Samorogouan. In his message to the candidates in Dioula, he encouraged them to remain confident and to give their best in order to achieve results that meet their expectations.

For this BEPC session, the figures recorded in Samorogouan show 512 candidates present and 8 absent.
