KAYA — In a significant community-driven initiative, the youth of Sanmatenga organized a blood drive at the Kaya Regional Blood Transfusion Center, successfully collecting 267 bags of blood to support patients during a critical period marked by high malaria incidence. According to Burkina Information Agency, the blood collection effort was particularly timely, providing essential support for individuals injured in the recent Barsalogo attack, who are currently receiving treatment at the regional health hospital in Kaya.
