Ouagadougou: The Burkinabe Football Federation (FBF) has taken a step towards enhancing the technical capabilities of the national football team, known as Stallions A, by appointing Italian Vincenzo Alberto Anesse as the Technical Director.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the FBF aims to provide optimal working conditions for the national team with this appointment. Vincenzo Alberto Anesse, who is recognized for his expertise in modern football, has been brought in to strengthen the team's technical staff. A three-month contract has been signed with Anesse, during which he will offer his experience and knowledge to the team led by Brama Traore, who is currently preparing for the CAN (Africa Cup of Nations).
The FBF has outlined that Anesse's role will include developing game plans, analyzing opponents, and providing tactical recommendations. This strategic collaboration is part of the FBF's ongoing efforts to continually improve and provide the Stallions with the necessary tools and support to excel in African football competitions.
