Ioba Students Begin 2025 BEPC Exams Under High Commissioner’s Supervision

Ioba: The High Commissioner of the province of Ioba, Innocents Ouattara, initiated the 2025 session of the first cycle studies certificate (BEPC) exams by opening the envelope for the first test at the provincial high school of Ioba (LPI) on Tuesday, June 3.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony took place at jury 1 of Dano, where the High Commissioner revealed the first test, a dictation titled “The Whirlwind.” The event was attended by several dignitaries, including the provincial secretary general, Andr© Lankoand©, the provincial director in charge of secondary education, Joseph Kima, and the presidents of the 1st and 2nd juries of Dano, along with representatives from the defense and security forces.

During his visit, Mr. Ouattara also toured various essay rooms, offering candidates advice. He emphasized the importance of careful reading and attention to detail, encouraging students to thoroughly understand their exam subjects and accurately fill out their essay sheets.

This year, a total of 2,970 candidates in Ioba, comprising 1,513 girls and 1,457 boys, are participating in the BEPC exam. The candidates are distributed across 10 juries, which include 37 composition centers, with 6 main centers and 31 secondary centers.
